Our number one priority is to provide the best service possible; this is why we want to have the best return policy available. We want you to be happy with any purchases you make from our store. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, it must be received in the original packaging (including all internal packaging) and be in complete resalable condition within 30 days of purchase. Prior to making the return, please call our Customer Care Dept. for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt, a brief note outlining the reason for the return and an RMA number. Returns should be packaged in such a way that they are received intact and shipped via prepaid ground delivery, with tracking number, to our warehouse address. You can expect that your return will be resolved within 10 business days of receipt of your return. Once the product has been received in resalable condition, a refund will be credited to your credit card.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping and handling fees.


Non Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns of socks. 


Damaged or Defective Products

When you receive your package(s) please inspect it carefully as well as the items included. It is typical for shipping boxes to endure some wear during transit. If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, please call or email us with specific information regarding damaged or defective products. It is very important that you contact our Customer Care Dept. before returning any products. We will provide you with an RMA number as well as other information that will make the return process as easy and efficient as possible.


Product Warranties

Any warranty information will come in the packaging with your item. If there is no warranty information provided, the 30 day return policy applies.
